Booking and Confirmation:
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
- Final numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed five days before the event date.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations will allow for store credit valid for 1 year unless made 7 days before the event where your deposit will be kept and no store credit will be handed.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Changes and Adjustments:
- We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
Delivery and Setup:
- Delivery charges may apply based on location. We are located in the Northern Suburbs so please take this into consideration.
- Setup times will be arranged in advance. Please ensure someone is available and present to allow us to deliver and complete the setup.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We ensure to cater to all dietary requirements including vegan, halal, gluten-free, etc.
- While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Damage and Loss:
- Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment provided during the event.
- A replacement fee will be charged for any damaged or lost items.
